I think there are three possibilities. He doesn't like you, he likes you A LOT and doesn't want to fuck it up, or he's a 'mo.

Yeah, I don't know what the deal is. At this moment, I'm too tired to care why he won't kiss me, and I'm considering just dropping it all together. I don't want to be dicked around anymore.
